Firmness Info

The Easca is a medium-firm mattress, about a 6 to 7 on the firmness scale. Research indicates this firmness is preferred by the majority of sleepers and is best for relieving back, shoulder and neck pain. The Easca is suitable for sleepers of any position. It is also ideal for sleepers of any size or weight - as the foam reacts to support you based on the amount of pressure your body exerts on these luxury foams.

The Emma Original mattress is a medium-firm mattress, about a 6 to 7 on the firmness scale. The team at Emma aim to create the best mattress that suits every body. The Original has that optimum balance between support and comfort which makes it suitable for all sleepers. The Emma Hybrid has a softer and more sumptuous feel than the Original thanks to special layer of AeroFlex springs that also give it a higher bounce.

The eve Original Hybrid mattress is a medium-firm firmness that suits all types of sleeping positions. If you're not happy with the mattress, eve will sort a collection and refund - no questions asked.

Mattress Construction

Materials Overview

The Easca Mattress is a three layer construction of the following high-quality, high performance foams:

  • 5cm Gel Infused Cooling Memory Foam (Easca Gel Foam™)
  • 5cm Supportive Foam
  • 15cm High-Density Foam.

The Emma Original mattress consists of three different layers:

  • 3cm Breathable and Adaptive Airgocell® Foam
  • 2cm Pressure-Relieving Visco-Elastic Memory Foam
  • 19cm Supportive Cold (HRX) Foam.

The eve Original Hybrid mattress has the following layers:

  • Next-Generation Memory Foam (evecomfort® foam layer)
  • Open-Cell Foam (memory layer)
  • Foam Layer (support layer)
  • 12cm Zoned Full Sized Pocket Springs
  • 3.5cm Extra Support Foam Layer.

Comfort Info

Easca uses a smart cooling system because sleeping hot can be a big problem. The Easca Gel Foam™ teams up with the open-air second layer to promote airflow and disperse any heat.

The Emma Original uses foams that are unlike traditional memory foams. These high-quality layers are breathable and open pored, so air can pass freely through the mattress and you stay comfortably cool. The excellent motion isolating properties also mean you'll never be disturbed by a lively partner.

The foams used have tiny bubble-like cells that help keep the mattress cool.
The Hybrid mattress options provide more movement isolation than traditional memory foam mattresses. Therefore, you shouldn't feel your partner move during the night.

Support Info

Patented Easca Gel Foam™ is paired with two additional luxurious support layers that form the perfect foundation and bounce for our mattress.
The three layers work together to reduce tossing and turning and limit motion transfer - so you will barely notice if your sleeping partner moves throughout the night.

The Emma Original mattress uses advanced zoning and adaptable foams that gently cradle your body, keeping your spine aligned and your shoulders and hips well supported. The high-quality foams distribute pressure evenly across the entire mattress to relieve all pressure and help make aches and pains a thing of the past.

Side sleepers benefit from a touch of softness to cushion shoulders and hips. The foam in the original hybrid mattress is great for this, because it gently contours to your body. The added zoning also helps with pressure relief.
Like front sleepers, back sleepers need support for their lower back. The medium-firm feel of the original hybrid mattress helps with alignment, whilst our evecomfort® foam stops your hips sinking in too far. We even tested the zoning and it came up trumps for back sleepers.

Comfort Specs

The top comfort layer is infused with cooling gel. These gel particles react to keep you cool through the night.
The middle transition layer is an open air technology that makes it more breathable than traditional memory foam which promotes airflow.

The innovative Airgocell® layer boasts a gel-like structure that optimally relieves the individual body parts and guarantees a cooling effect while you sleep thanks to its breathability. This temperature-regulating and open-pored foam will keep you cool all night long.

The evecomfort® foam is 30 times more breathable than other memory foam. This breathability regulates temperature, and ensures that you sleep comfortably.
Full sized springs ensure a cool circulation of air.

Support Specs

The supportive foam used in the transitional second layer contours to your body and offers pressure point relief.
The base layer of high-density foam is ideal for supporting the natural alignment of your spine, helping to relieve any back, neck and shoulder issues.

The transition, or second layer, uses visco-elastic memory foam that contours to your body and distributes pressure evenly across the mattress.
A generous base layer of HRX foam provides the necessary counter pressure to keep your spine aligned and to support your back. It's also exceptionally point elastic, so you won't feel your partner moving on the mattress.

A top layer of next-generation memory foam: engineered to give total body support so you don't get that "stuck" feeling often associated with traditional memory foam. This springier foam helps to keep your spine aligned.
The memory layer provides a snug softness and keeps the pressure off.
Over 800 12cm full sized zoned springs are used to give all sleepers the support they need for a comfortable snooze. Some of the full sized springs are thicker than others, creating 5 zones, to relieve the pressure from your shoulders and hips.
A foam casing (a layer above and below the springs) help protect the springs. It also gives the mattress extra support, so you don't "roll off" the mattress when lying on the edge.

Fabric Specs

Easca is wrapped in a cool to the touch and soft on the skin and designed with a seamless edge to maximise air flow and comfort. This is woven from a single piece of viscose and polyester blend fabric.

The top cover consists of special climate fiber that regulates humidity. At the same time, it is so elastic that it fits the core of your mattress, perfectly. This removable and washable cover is made of 100% polyester. The grey side cover supports air circulation and has non-slip elements that prevent the mattress from slipping off the bed base. Handles allow for easy manoeuvring.

A hypoallergenic cover that offers a luxuriously soft surface to lie on. This moisture-wicking white top panel of the mattress is made of 98% polyester and 2% elastane and is removable and washable at 40°C. The cover is hand-sewn in the UK.
